Who is responsible
Happtix operates DANI Build and is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@happtix.com.
Information we collect
When you join the DANI community, we collect your email address, the date and time of consent, the version of the consent wording and the source of the signup. We also process limited technical information needed to secure and operate the website, such as server logs and session security data.
How we use it
We use community signup information to send the DANI news, build updates and participation opportunities you requested. We use essential technical information to operate, protect and diagnose the service. We do not sell your personal information or share it for another organisation's marketing.
Service providers and location
Trusted hosting, database and security providers process information only to provide their services to us. We use Postmark to deliver community and service emails. Postmark may process email addresses, message content and delivery metadata outside the UK using recognised transfer safeguards, including its Data Processing Addendum and applicable contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep an active community record while you want DANI updates. If you unsubscribe or object, we retain the minimum information needed on a suppression list so we can respect that choice. Postmark normally retains email content and activity data for 45 days, while suppression information may be retained for list hygiene. Operational logs are kept only for a limited security and diagnostic period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as joining. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and analytics
DANI Build currently uses only essential session and security technologies. The private Analytics dashboard reports operational totals already held by the application. It does not track public visitors or place analytics cookies. We will ask for an appropriate choice before introducing any non-essential visitor tracking.
